If you select the Ruby, Diamond or Elite Diamond package, your event will
include catering. You may choose between:
Your choice of 5 hors d’oeuvres OR buffet including 1 entrée, 2
salads, 2 vegetables and rolls.
(Add $2.50 per person for each
additional entrée.)
